Refund policy

This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through www.looptech.uk (“Site”) operated by LoopTech, a trading name of Euphro Resources Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.


By placing an order through the Site, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, you should not place an order or use our services.

 


 

 

1. 30-Day Buyer Protection (Return & Refund Policy)

 


We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on all products, unless otherwise specified. This protects customers who are not fully satisfied with their purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

 


To qualify for a return, the product must:

 

  • Be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Be in the same condition it was received.

  • Include all original accessories, components, manuals, and packaging (where applicable).

 


Returns will not be accepted if:

 

  • The product has been physically damaged or tampered with after delivery.

  • The product shows signs of misuse, improper installation, or third-party repair.

  • The request is made beyond 30 days from the delivery date (unless under warranty conditions).

How to Initiate a Return

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product description

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable, e.g. damaged or incorrect items)

 


Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping Costs

 

 

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty item, incorrect item), we will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will not include the original shipping fee unless the return is due to a product fault or error on our part.

All LoopTech products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty (“LoopTech Guarantee”), unless otherwise stated. This guarantee begins on the date of delivery and protects against manufacturer defects and hardware faults under normal usage conditions.

What Is Covered

 

 

  • Defects in hardware components (e.g., motherboard, RAM, SSD, display, power supply)

  • Failures not caused by misuse, accident, or environmental factors

  • Battery malfunction within the first 6 months (refurbished devices only; natural degradation excluded)

 


 

2.2 

What Is Not Covered

 

 

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, dents)

  • Accidental damage (cracks, drops, water damage, electrical surges)

  • Software errors, viruses, or third-party apps

  • Battery life deterioration due to normal use after 6 months

  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or upgrades

  • Consumable parts (e.g. accessories, chargers) unless proven faulty on arrival

 


 

2.3 

Warranty Claim Process

 


To make a warranty claim:

 

  • Email info@looptech.uk with your order number, issue description, and supporting images/videos.

  • We may request the product be returned for inspection.

 


If the product is deemed faulty under warranty:

 

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

  • If no fault is found, or the issue falls outside of warranty coverage, return shipping and diagnostics fees may apply.

 

 


 

 

3. Non-Returnable & Exempt Items

 


Certain items are exempt from returns unless defective:

 

  • Software licences or digital products

  • Clearance or Final Sale items (marked as such at point of sale)

  • Products not purchased directly from LoopTech (e.g., third-party marketplaces)

 

 


 

 

4. Cancellations

 


You may cancel your order prior to dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it must be treated as a return.

 


 

 

5. Statutory Rights
