This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through www.looptech.uk (“Site”), which is operated by LoopTech, a trading name of Euphro Resources Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility or trusted partners within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise specified.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time) on business days are typically processed the same day.

Orders placed after this time, over the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note: Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods such as sales or product launches.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer several shipping options depending on your location and the product ordered:
UK Shipping

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD): 2–4 business days

Express Delivery (Tracked 24 / Next-Day Courier): 1–2 business days
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed unless a specific service (e.g., Next-Day) is selected at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently support limited international shipping. Please contact info@looptech.uk for bulk orders or to inquire about shipping outside of the UK. Delivery times vary by destination.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method chosen.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on eligible products or orders.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your parcel is delayed or missing:

If the item shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly.

LoopTech is not responsible for:

Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays caused by courier strikes, weather disruptions, or customs inspections (for international orders).
We will, however, assist in resolving any issues where possible and issue replacements or refunds where eligible.
6. Packaging & Sustainability
We aim to use minimal and eco-friendly packaging where possible. Some refurbished items may be shipped in non-retail boxes with protective internal padding, but will always be safe and secure.
7. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, these may be shipped separately due to stock location, product type, or dispatch partner. You will receive a tracking link for each package where applicable.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Failure to collect from a local depot

Refusal of delivery
…a re-delivery fee may apply. If a refund is requested instead, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
